Bonus tracks on the first Elektra pressing are:
"Am I Evil" (07:52) and "Blitzkrieg" (03:36), from the 1984 "Creeping Death"
single.

Dave Mustaine (Megadeth), is a co-author of : The Four Horsemen, Jump In The
Fire, Phantom Lord, Metal Militia.

Trivia: The title "Kill Em All" was what Cliff Burton said after the record
company rejected the original "Metal Up Your Ass" cover. "Just fuckin' kill 'em
all" were his exact words.

First title for the album was "Metal Up Your Ass" and it has a different cover
artwork (hand with a dagger sticking out from WC). Megaforce permissed it.

Original LP pressings had "Bang that head that doesn't bang" printed on the back
of it. Also, the first few original CD pressings had it printed on the back.
